Ordering the wrong size wedge by error can be costly, to us (shipping fee) and to you. Please review your order confirmation email and make sure the wedge height (4″ vs 6″) listed is the correct size you intended to order.
Q: How soon can i expect my order?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 12-48 hours (when in inventory). Items are shipped from New York via UPS Ground. Estimate Transit time is 1-6 business days.
Reflux Guard makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 5:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) are generally shipped the same or next day. Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
