Reflux Guard Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Reflux Guard Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with you in sharing a product that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
By signing up and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must provide accurate, complete information during sign-up.
- Reflux Guard reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Sales Requirements
To remain in good standing within our affiliate program:

Initial Sale Requirement:
You must generate at least one (1) sale within the first 90 days of joining the program.

Ongoing Sales Requirement:
To maintain active affiliate status, you must generate a minimum of five (5) sales per calendar year.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the program or the deactivation of your affiliate link.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral links.
- The commission rate and payout structure will be provided upon acceptance into the program and are subject to change with notice.
4. Payout Terms
- Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, after a 30-day holding period to account for potential returns or cancellations.
- A valid PayPal or other designated payment method is required for payout.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
- Misrepresent Reflux Guard or make false claims.
- Engage in spammy, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
- Use paid ads that bid on “Reflux Guard” branded terms without express written consent.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
6. Good Standing and Termination
- Reflux Guard reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time for violation of these terms or at its discretion.
- Affiliates not meeting sales requirements or engaging in questionable practices may be removed to maintain program integrity.
7. Changes to Terms
- Reflux Guard reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate portal.
